To assign a license to a user, they must first have accepted the invitation to join your Archipad company. Until the invitation is accepted, the license cannot be assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Accounts<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the user in question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Assign<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the available subscription, then confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The license is immediately activated for the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open the Accounts<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the user in question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Remove<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Confirm the action.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The license is freed up and becomes available for another user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
