The Defect remains open: it moves to arbitration, and a new Contractor intervention is then scheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before you start:<\/strong> the Defect must have the Status Completed. On the right, the window where you enter your reason before confirming.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open the Defect.<\/strong> In &#8220;My Unit&#8221;, locate the Defect with Status Completed, then tap &#8220;Decline Sign-Off&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provide your reason.<\/strong> Describe precisely what is not satisfactory, for example &#8220;The door still doesn&#8217;t close&#8221;. The reason is mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirm the refusal.<\/strong> Tap &#8220;Decline Sign-Off&#8221;. The Defect returns to &#8220;Open Defects&#8221; with Status <strong>Arbitration<\/strong>, and it is sent to the Construction Project Manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Follow the arbitration.<\/strong> The Construction Project Manager reviews your reason. The Defect then returns to &#8220;In Progress&#8221; and the Contractor intervenes again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sign or refuse again.<\/strong> When the new correction is completed, the Defect returns to Status Completed.
