Buyer Notifications"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Archipad Service can automatically send an email to the Buyer when their claim Status changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer must be <strong>added to the Contacts for the relevant Region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From <strong>Archipad Web<\/strong>, open the relevant Project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Preferences > Service Section<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable <strong>Buyer Notifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This option must be enabled for each Project concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How It Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the option is enabled, the Buyer automatically receives an email based on the Progress of their claim that was Created through the <strong>Archipad Service<\/strong> application<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recorded<\/strong>: confirmation that the claim has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Updated<\/strong>: Information about the handling of the claim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completed<\/strong>: invitation to verify the work and Sign the Sign-Off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arbitration<\/strong>: Information if the Sign-Off is refused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Email includes the main Information about the claim and allows direct access to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
