A Form definition contains the Fields and layout that will be used to create your DigitForm Forms.

Create a Form definition

1. Open your Project in Archipad Web.
2. Go to DigitForm.
3. Select the Definition tab.
4. Click + Form definition.

5. Enter the name of the Definition.
6. Select a Template or choose None to start with a blank Form.
7. Click Done.

Configure and Publish the Definition

1. Select Screen to organize the Fields that will be displayed during Input.
2. Select Report to configure the PDF document layout.
3. Click the globe icon to Publish the Definition.

Good to know

The Definition must be Published in order to be used when creating a Form.
