The Dashboard provides you with an overview of your project’s Progress. It brings together various indicators and charts to track Observations and analyze site data.
Access the Dashboard
- Open your desired Project.
- Click on Dashboard in the left menu.
The Dashboard automatically displays the various available indicators.
View the indicators
The Dashboard is organized into several Sections allowing you to analyze project Observations according to different criteria.
Observations State
The pie chart shows the distribution of Observations by their State:
- Overdue
- To monitor
- Due
- Solved
- Rejected
- Closed
The displayed Values are automatically updated from the Observations recorded in the Project.
Phases
This Section displays the distribution of Observations by Phase to help identify which project stages are most affected.
Work packages
This View presents Observations by Work package to facilitate tracking of different trade groups.
Regions
Visualize the distribution of Observations by Region to quickly locate sectors requiring special Attention.
Plans
View the number of Observations associated with each Plan in the Project.
Weekly evolution
This chart lets you track how the number of Observations evolves over the weeks and analyze site Progress.
To know
The Dashboard is automatically fed from the Project’s Observations. Charts are updated as soon as data is synchronized.
