The Buyers Menu

The After-Sales Service module will be available in your project as soon as the After-Sales Service option is activated. You will find the Buyers menu located between the Drawings and Schedule menus.

On this screen, you will find a complete compilation of all information related to your construction project:

  • Zones: Zones define buyer trade packages by grouping together information specific to each one. Each zone will contain dedicated details associated with it.

    • Zone contacts: In this section, you will find not only the buyers, but also the trade packages included in your construction project.

    • Visits: The “Visits” section allows you to schedule the interventions needed to resolve issues identified during the different phases managed by the After-Sales Service teams. It also provides an overview of past and upcoming visits.

    • The Observations section allows you to report a defect directly from a drawing and assign it to the relevant contractors.

    • Drawings, reports, and documents such as handover inspections and/or notarial deeds.

Only punch list items raised during buyer visits are accessible in Archipad After-Sales Service. To view construction site punch list items, simply use the other tabs available in Archipad Cloud.

In Archipad Developer, each buyer trade package has a defined zone containing the property drawings and essential buyer information (name, email, phone number). This data allows the buyer to access Archipad After-Sales Service and select their property zone. Any changes made in Archipad Developer are automatically updated in Archipad After-Sales Service.
