Archipad Mobi allows trade packages to view in real-time the list of observations assigned to them. The subscription is completely free. Access is included in your Archipad Premium subscription.
Your team members will be able to:
Mark their observations as “resolved”.
Add comments and multiple photos.
To share your project with a trade package, you must first add this trade package and its email address in the “Information” menu, under the “Trade packages” section.
How does it work?
Go to Archipad Web with your Archipad Premium subscription
Enter your project
Select the Information menu
Click on the Sharing submenu.
In the “Trade packages using Archipad” section, share your project with the contractors to give them access to Archipad Mobi so they can process the observations.
Contractors will receive an email with the following information:
Name of the project owner.
Name of the project.
The link to access the project directly, with the list of punch list items to be resolved.
Archipad Mobi for contractors
To access the shared project, the contractor must:
Log in to Archipad Mobi using the browser on their mobile device (iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone).
Once logged in, the contractor will have access to project information, project contacts, their list of observations to process, as well as the drawings.
When the contractor has synchronized the shared project, log in to Archipad Cloud or Archipad App to view the contractors’ feedback (after synchronizing the data).
