To assign a license to a user, they must first have accepted the invitation to join your Archipad company. Until the invitation is accepted, the license cannot be assigned.

Assign a license

1. Open the Accounts tab.
2. Select the user in question.
3. Click Assign.
4. Choose the available subscription, then confirm.

The license is immediately activated for the user.

Remove a license

1. Open the Accounts tab.
2. Select the user in question.
3. Click Remove.
4. Confirm the action.

The license is freed up and becomes available for another user.
