The Remarks page allows you to create, modify and manage your remarks easily. AI integration enriches your descriptions by shortening, expanding or automatically translating them.
Quick creation and editing
New remark: the details panel opens automatically so you can enter your first remark.
Existing remarks: you can edit the text directly from the page, without opening the details panel.
Details panel: accessible and closable via the button in the top right.
AI Functions
Shorten or expand
Click AI → Shorten or Expand to adjust the length of a description.
Automatic translation
Translate a remark into the project language.
The AI button is disabled if the remark is empty.
Format preserved
Checklists and styles remain intact when using AI functions.
Styles and display
Styles applied from your tablet are synchronized with Archipad Web.
Bold, underlined or colored text? AI respects them.
Observations are correctly displayed in reports.
Saving and synchronization
Changes are saved automatically after synchronization.
Unsynchronized remarks remain available if you navigate to other menus.
