Meetings allow you to document Site visits, inspections, coordination meetings, Project reviews and Handovers.
Each Meeting is a snapshot of the Project at a given moment. It brings together the information recorded during the review and provides a structured record of the people present, discussions, decisions and work examined.
What information is included in a Meeting?
A Meeting can contain:
- Participants;
- Presence of each Participant;
- Signatures;
- Meeting Notes;
- Observations created or Updated;
- Remarks discussed or Updated.
Observations and Remarks recorded during the Meeting remain accessible in other areas of the Project.
Are Meetings mandatory?
No. You can create and Update Observations or Remarks at any time, without creating a Meeting.
Create a Meeting when you want to keep a structured record of a Site visit, inspection or meeting.
Key point: a Meeting allows you to group information recorded during a review, but Project tracking can continue independently between Meetings.
