The Filter interface in the Observations Section on Plan has been simplified on our platform: you can select in just a few clicks which Statuses to display in your Reports.
How to filter
- Open a Report and go to the Observations on Plan Section.
- Choose a preset, or switch to Custom mode.
- In Custom mode, set for each Status (Created, Solved, Rejected, Closed): Yes, No, or Only if selected during the Meeting.
Available presets
| Preset | What it displays |
|---|---|
| All | All Observations, regardless of their Status |
| Ongoing only | Ongoing Observations: Created, Solved, Rejected or Closed |
| This Meeting only | Observations linked to the current Meeting |
| Ongoing and this Meeting | Ongoing Observations and linked to this Meeting |
| Custom | Any other combination of Statuses |
